You will have to pay an ongoing monthly or yearly fee to Squarespace to activate your site which starts at £12 per month. It also does not include you domain cost.

Yes. Mostly. The reason we ask that you fill in the onboarding form 10 days prior to your Design Day is to allow to familiarise ourselves with your company beforehand so we are as prepared as possible. So we do spend 3 hours before the day getting ready, but the main action all takes place on one day, yes.

Your package includes a fully custom website, mobile-friendly design, basic SEO setup, and integrations with tools like contact forms and social media.

Yes. You are paying us a fee to create your website on Squarespace. You will then need to pay a monthly or yearly fee to Squarespace for keeping your website alive. Their base package (which we work to) is £12 per month paid annually. You can find more pricing on their website www.squarespace.com/pricing.

We’re here to help. If you don’t want to go live with your website on your ‘Design Day’ so you can tweak text and other information that is no problem. When you’re ready to go live we can jump on a call and support you if needed.
If you would like help and support making larger changes to your website we can help with this, but this will be subject to an hourly charge of £60 per hour.

Deposits are non-refundable. If your However, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your design day if needed.
Please note, you may only reschedule your Design Day if your Design Day is 10 days away or less as we' would have scheduled in team members to act on that day. Unfortunately your deposit will be lost and a new order will need to be placed to reschedule.
