Cancellation Policy

At One Day to Web, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring clarity for both our clients and team.

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling Requests

If you need to cancel or reschedule your design day, you can do so without penalty as long as you provide notice at least 10 days before your scheduled date. Your deposit will be retained and applied to your rescheduled design day. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 10 days of your design day will result in the loss of your deposit. This is to account for the time reserved for your project and any preparation already undertaken.

2. Non-Submission of Required Materials

To ensure your design day runs smoothly, all onboarding forms and required materials (e.g., logos, branding, and content) must be submitted no later than 10 days before your scheduled design day. If you fail to provide these materials within the required timeframe, your design day will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. You may rebook your design day by paying a new deposit.

3. Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Once your website is built and approved on your design day, the remaining balance is due. Refunds are not provided for completed work.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can arise. In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or unforeseen emergencies), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your design day, please send a us message via our contact form with your booking details and requested changes. We will confirm your request within 24–48 working hours.
